Frequently Asked Questions Q. Unable to charge or unable to power on? 1. Please upgrade the wristband firmware to version V17 ASAP to avoid the issue of charging but not being able to power on. 2. If the battery is completely drained, it will enter a battery protection state and needs to be charged for at least 30 minutes before it can be turned on. 3. If you still have issues with charging or powering on after using it for a few months, please leave the product idle for at least three days, then try to recharge and power it on again.
Q. Having trouble connecting your watch to the BIGGERFIVE App? 1. Delete the watch from BIGGERFIVE APP, and re-bind. 2. On BIGGERFIVE APP, go to "My" -->"Setting" and click "clear cache"; Do not actively connecting the watch in your phone's Bluetooth settings. If it's already connected, please unpair it. 3. If it still doesn't work, then restart your phone, delete and reinstall the app, and then reconnect.
