You can also take advantage of a 90-day free trial of the Fitbit Premium service, which can help you stay active, sleep well, and manage stress. The Fitbit Charge 4 operates in a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C and uses 24/7 heart rate tracking to monitor your resting heart rate and more accurately measure your calorie burn. Syncing the device to mobile devices requires Bluetooth LE and an internet connection, and it's compatible with Mac OS X 12.2 and up, iPhone 5S and later, iPad 5th gen and later, and Android 7.0 and later.
You can also use the Charge 4 to track your SpO2 (blood oxygen) levels. The device will display your nightly average and range, and you can view trends over the past week in the Fitbit app. However, please note that the SpO2 feature is not available in all markets and is not intended for medical purposes.
Additionally, the Fitbit Charge 4 can track your skin temperature each night, allowing you to see how it varies from your personal baseline. This feature is only available in the Fitbit app and is not intended for medical purposes.
The Charge 4 is also designed for active lifestyles, with 20+ goal-based exercise modes and water resistance up to 50 meters. It's swimproof, so you can track your swims and wear it in the shower.
Finally, the Fitbit Charge 4 boasts a multi-day battery life of up to 7 days, or up to 5 hours when using the built-in GPS. You can also track your sleep stages and review your in-app Sleep Score for an easy way to see how well you slept.
